About qikpod

Qikpod builds automated lockers for parcel delivery, with pods deployed in tech parks / housing apartments. They are tied up with top e-commerce partners & others to build a hassle free delivery experience.

Users retrieve parcels at their own convenient location & time.

Eliminates missed deliveries, reduces delivery costs & carbon footprints.

Secure deliveries, building the customer’s trust.

How many times did you have to attend the delivery boy’s call, while you were busy in a meeting or had to be at home to collect or return it? “
That’s when Qikpod comes into the picture.

Problem Overview

The existing delivery app served the basic purposes - pick or receive orders from the locker & return the orders to the hub, if cancelled.

However, with the scaling of the product, last-mile deliveries come with their own challenges like
1.Route Optimizations & Reverse logistics

  1. End to end visibility of operations

3.Chain of custody

4.Date driven deliveries

Existing Flow Analysis

LogIn with the OTP / Request for access

Pre-assigned Pods in a random order

Goto assigned location
& complete the task

Enter the OTP & scan the parcel

Check the completed tasks

Parcels were getting pre-assigned at Hub

Assigning was random & partners had to travel to diff. locations everyday

“ What if we can allow the delivery partners to create assignment for themselves , based on the location groupings “

Chain of custody is not Clear

There is no group Admin or defined hierarchy,
which is causing issues in Return Orders / cancelled orders

“ Establish chain of custody by returning the order to the hub, by adding digital signature✍🏻 “
